  Been there many times for dinner. Always order the dishes that are seafood oriented. Never had a bad meal. Call ahead for reservations.

  Despite the wildly enthusiastic reviews, I found this place a major disappointment. Service is unprofessional -- we were served rolls and butter without any plates. The kitchen is understaffed and painfully slow. It took over an hour from the time we ordered until food arrived at the table, and even then individual dishes came out at ten minute intervals. The food itself is mediocre at best -- as if a home cook with more enthusiasm than training is crafting wacky food combinations and sending them out of the kitchen without tasting them first. I hope this restaurant succeeds. One key to ensuring that would be for everyone concerned with this enterprise to "go back to school" on their particular discipline.

  Have been twice, we had the same waitress both times. She wasn't overly friendly which is fine but when paying she should at least say thank you or have a good night. Whats the point of leaving a tip if its not appreciated. Food was pretty good but both times something on the menu wasn't available. Bit frustrating when you drive there for a particular dish and they don't have it.

  Nice interior with cloth napkins but appropriate for children. Food was tasty and came as described on the menu. Friendly staff. Especially liked the chicken and waffles.

  Eden's Gate was absolutely wonderful! All of the food we had was amazing; appetizer, main courses, and dessert! I would highly recommend trying the lobster dip! The service was so friendly. The owners came out to talk with us, gave suggestions for local places to visit while on our vacation, and even wrote down the recipe they used for the salmon special so we could make it at home! Definitely worth the stop!!!
